Welcome to Add Rabbit's website located at ("site"). Add Rabbit is owned and operated by Task 17 LLC. Throughout this document, we collectively refer to both and Task 17 LLC as either "Task 17 LLC", "Add Rabbit", "", "us", "we", or "our".

This Privacy Statement addresses our practices regarding information collected from users of the site and users of our various applications (desktop, iOS, etc. — collectively referred to as our "apps"). It does not address or govern any information gathering, use, or dissemination practices related to information collected from the user (referred to as "you" or "your") other than directly through or from the site or from our apps, such as from telephone, facsimile, postal mail, personal delivery, or other or additional offline means or media. Specifically, and in order to register and/or to purchase certain products from us, you may be required to provide additional personal information about you such as your name, address or other relevant personal information. If you do not wish to provide such information, you may be unable to register and/or to obtain products or services from us.

Additionally, in order to use our syncing technology, you must provide us with a "public key" and a separate unique identifier that identifies your records. We use these two pieces of information to establish peer-to-peer connections between your devices so that you can keep your records in sync. We only store this information while you are connected to our servers. Once we determine that you are no longer connected, we remove this information from our servers.

From time to time, we may need to contact you for registration-related activities (e.g., renewal notices, etc.). You agree that we may use your personal information for such membership-related contacts with you. We may also desire to contact you for market research purposes or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. You will have the option of not being contacted by us and opting-out of such contacts.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

Personal information provided through the site will not be used nor disclosed to other third parties without your express written consent. Without limiting the foregoing, financial information may be maintained and housed by itself and/or by a third party payment processing center, for the purpose of processing payments and conducting related transactions.

Identifiable and non-identifiable user information and data may be disclosed or distributed to another party with which Task 17 LLC enters or reasonably may enter into a corporate transaction, such as, for example, a merger, consolidation, acquisition, or asset purchase. Your information may also be disclosed to a third party pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form of legal process, in response to a request by or on behalf of any local, state, federal, or other government agency, department, or body, whether or not pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form of legal process, or if determined by Task 17 LLC in its sole judgment that such disclosure or distribution is appropriate to protect the life, health, or property of Task 17 LLC or any other person or entity.

Security Measures and Communicating with has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural security features that are designed to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Despite our efforts to protect your personal information, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from via this site or via e-mail cannot be and is not guaranteed. You accept these risks knowingly by visiting our website and using our software.

In addition, to protect your personal information, never allow another device to sync changes with your devices until you have verified the authenticity of the other devices public key (e.g., by visually inspecting it on the device you want to connect with or verifying it via some other means). If you feel that your public key has been compromised, you should stop syncing with other devices and contact us at for assistance.

6. Comments, Notices and User Content

Any materials or comments, posted to any of the pages on the site are the responsibility of the user or company who posted them. As such, we assume no liability for the accuracy of such information, no duty to update or correct such information, and no liability for such communications arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.

7. Privacy of Children

The site is not intended for children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information online from users in this age group. All users must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the site and to provide information to the site.

8. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Information

Upon your request via postal mail or e-mail, we will provide you with a summary of any personal information retained by that has been voluntarily provided by you through online forms, registration forms, contest entries, surveys, e-mail, or any other online avenue. You may modify, correct, change or update your personal information by contacting us via postal mail or e-mail at the addresses above.

9. Right to Change Privacy Statement

We may change this Privacy Statement at any time. Notice of any new or revised Privacy Statement, as well as the location of the new or revised statement, will be posted on the site for at least twenty (20) days after the change. It is the obligation of users returning to the site to learn of changes to the Privacy Statement since their last visit. Any change to this Privacy Statement shall be effective for all users (even if you visited the site before when a different privacy policy was in effect). If you provide us with your email address, we will try to notify you of any changes to the privacy policy.
